Contact form

When you use the contact form, the site receives the topic, name, email address, and message you submit. This information is used to read and reply to your message. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in responding to correspondence; where your request concerns steps before a contract, processing may also be necessary for those steps.

Forms are processed through Netlify, the hosting provider. Netlify may process technical and form data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards described in its own privacy documentation. Do not include confidential or sensitive information in the form.

Hosting and technical data

Netlify hosts this static site and may record standard request information such as IP address, browser, requested URL, response status, and timestamp for security and reliable delivery. Ameioud does not currently use advertising trackers or audience analytics.

Local preferences and external links

The light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser using local storage. It is not sent to Ameioud. Links to LinkedIn, GitHub, social sharing services, and other external sources are governed by those services when you choose to open them. Fonts are served directly by this site.

Retention and your rights

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the correspondence and any applicable legal obligations. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority.
